The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) formerly housed in Warren is now served through the Youngstown office by Julie Sheely, the new Project Director for these territories.

Meet Julie Sheely
Project Director

Julie has been with Mature Services since 1996. Prior to that, she held a workforce position as a Dislocated Worker Specialist. She states that her office is currently having a great year for SCSEP placements despite the recession. She enjoys helping people achieve their goals and likes providing a variety of training opportunities to those in the counties her office serves.
