Get up to 12 weeks paid*

Our Employer Based Training program is offered by Mature Services, Inc., Workforce Development with funding through our Senior Community Service Employment Program.

Our Employer Based Training (EBT) will pay for that new employee's training time.

The EBT Program covers all wages and fringes during the initial (typically 4-8 weeks) training period. At the end of this training period, simply transfer the individual to your payroll and the contract is complete.

Partnering with employers through the Employer Based Training program ensures that both our candidate and the employer can be sure that the job is a good fit.
