Wayne Ivy, GCDF Joins Mature Services as a Training Specialist

Wayne has years of diverse corporate experience with globally-recognized companies and has coached, mentored and trained hundreds of associates promoting career development and lifelong learning. As a consultant, Wayne provided clients with top notch job search strategies, interviewing techniques and career guidance in navigating the job search process.

Here at the Cincinnati Office, Wayne will be identifying training needs and developing focused training modules for our program participants. In addition, he will be coordinating training with outside partner organizations and providers and establishing employer based training opportunities.

He has a Master of Arts in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education-Workforce Development and is a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator. Wayne certainly brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team and we are thrilled to have him.

Rita came to Mature Services' Cincinnati office in 2010 and is Project Director for that region, which includes Butler county. She welcomes the chance to work with employers and job seekers alike as she continues to develop opportunities and lasting partnerships.

Cincinnati office expands to serve Butler County SCSEP

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) formerly housed in Butler County will now be served through the Cincinnati office by Rita Stall, the Project Director for these territories.

We expect to make this transition as smooth as possible, and hope to have a program representative available to meet with individuals in their home county. Want to brush up on your computer skills?

Most jobs today call for some basic computer skills.
If you feel your computer skills are a bit rusty, and
you are currently enrolled in our SCSEP program,
call the office to see what training may be available.

If you are not enrolled, but want to take advantage
of the computer lab and other resources to become
more job ready, feel free to drop in the office during
business hours. Our resource room is open to all
job seekers 55 and older.
