| Senior Community Service Employment Program
(SCSEP) Description - The Senior Community Service Employment Program provides paid work experience at non-profit and governmental agencies to low-income individuals age 55 plus. Participating agencies benefit from the supplemental work force provided by the program, while the trainees gain practical experience and training to enhance their marketability for private sector, unsubsidized employment.

| Job Training Programs Description - Our job training programs consist of job clubs and a call center program.
The Job club is a three-week job seeking skills course covering topics such as goal setting, resume development, interviewing, networking, cold calling and targeting unadvertised jobs. Participants also benefit from peer support and collaborative job development. The job club service is followed up with individual employment counseling and case management.
We also offer a Customer Service/Call Center Program that gives individuals training in the various aspects of effective phone communication and customer service. This training will prepare participants for a career in telemarketing and can be applied equally well to any position where an individual works with the public. | Entrepreneurial Programs Mature Staffing Systems - Mature Staffing Systems is a staffing service specializing in mature workers. We have operated this service continually since 1989. Mature Workers' Job Fairs - Currently, we operate job fairs in Cleveland and Akron. The benefits are good publicity, recruitment for our programs, and development of new partnerships with employers.
