The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides
volunteers ages 55 and older to local organizations such as:
the food
bank, hospitals, museums and many more community groups to assist
with daily operations and special projects.

RSVP's mission is to provide diverse volunteer opportunities for people
55 and older. RSVP supports older Americans who wish to remain active
and make a difference in their communities.
RSVP helps to link volunteers with nonprofit agencies where their time,
interest, talents, knowledge and experience are most effectively utilized
to meet important needs in our community. With over 70 organizations
to choose from within Summit County, the RSVP staff can help you find
the perfect volunteer match. Choose volunteer activities that suit your
interests and fit into your lifestyle.
RSVP of Summit Co. was established in 1972 and serves the residents of Summit County, being locally sponsored by Mature Services, Inc.
RSVP is affiliated with, and receives major funding from, the Corporation for National and Community Service which administers several national and community service programs such
as AmeriCorps VISTA and Foster Grandparents.
