40 years of Service. 
Our first Lay Leader Training class for the
Chronic Disease Self Management Program
Anna Davis and Inese Alvarez were the co-leaders for the training which was held
Nov. 2-4th at the United Way of Summit County.
Leaders will be
co-facilitating workshops. If anyone in the community would like to schedule
a Chronic Disease Self Management Workshop, please have them call the RSVP office at 330-253-4597 x166 or 168.

  TV Crew wins Clapper Award
Phil Doell, one of the RSVP Crew volunteers, won
this year’s “Outstanding Service Award” at the 2011
WCTV Clapper Awards. The Crew also received 2nd
place for their show about
the Akron Blind Center.
