The Ohio Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program helps older
Ohioans enjoy locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and honey.
* We're sorry but the Farmers Market Program is only available through the month of October. It will resume next year, with enrollment opening in May 2013. Eligibility
You are eligible for the program if you:
- are 60 years of age or older. |
- have an annual income of $20,665
or less as a single person. |
- have an annual income of $27,991
or less for a household of two. |
- have an annual income of $35,317
or less for a household of three. |

OCTOBER 31, 2012 |
Enrollment
To enroll, visit a distribution site
(senior centers, nutrition providers, or
senior housing facilities) near you.
Applications are accepted and coupons are
distributed on a first-come, first-served basis,
while funds are available.
Participants receive 10- $5.00 coupons
valid from May-October.
