Under the direction of the Director of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, this position, communicates the purpose and philosophy of RSVP and its affiliated sponsors and partners, and recruits older adults into the program using a variety of approaches. Make presentations promoting the volunteer program to community organizations, groups and businesses, and assist with the productions of print and electronic marketing materials. Post volunteer opportunities on
web based recruiting sites, and attend networking and community events, fairs and meetings. Coordinate RSVP Signature program, and assist with program evaluation and data collection.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least two years of post-High School education necessary, with an emphasis on Marketing, Public Relations or Communications; experience in public speaking and creating promotional materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc.) required. Experience coordinating special events and meetings preferred.
