Position: Title V Payroll Assistant

 

The Title V Payroll Assistant provides support for the Payroll Coordinator by assisting in the payroll process as it related to the Title V and Mature Staffing Systems programs.  Assemble/maintain payroll files and process time sheets, ensuring that payroll deadlines are met.  Work with field staff to resolve participant timesheet, mileage, and payroll tax issues; notify Records, Data Entry and MIS/Program Manager of any needed data entry corrections.  Provide additional program support as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping/payroll processes, and 2 years’ experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic and web-based data collection systems preferred.

 

Location: Akron, OH Wage: $12.00 - 14.00 hourly Status: Non - Exempt

Hours: Full - time position, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and other hours as required.
