This position assists the Project Director in all phases of program operations and assists program participants in the development and implementation of their individual employment plans. Assist with recruitment, job development, case management and job placement for low-income seniors; assist participants with accessing in-house and community resources, including community work experience assignments, skill training, and job seeking skill training programs. Monitor community service assignments to ensure compliance with guidelines, and document participant progress.
QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required. Prior experience in training, employment counseling, marketing, workforce development and/or a related field preferred. The successful candidate must be proficiency in MS Office or similar systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access database applications, and will have clerical/program support experience.

Wage: $14 – 17 hourly | Status: Exempt |
Hours: Full - time position, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and other hours as required.
