This position provides home health services for older adult clients, ensuring client satisfaction through quality care and attentiveness to needs. The Home Health Aide provides personal care according to Agency standards, including hygiene care, mobility assistance, elimination assistance, nutrition and homemaking services. The successful candidate will provide reality orientation and socialization, maintaining appropriate documentation of services rendered, and will identify and eliminate environmental safety hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent by experience.  Should meet at least one of the following criteria: (1) successful completion of at least sixty hours of Home Health or Nurse Aide Training, (2) received skill testing, (3) one year of direct service delivery in health care.
