Under the supervision of the Assistant VP for Workforce Operations, the Project Director coordinates an employment training program for older adults.  This position supervises local staff and ensures the attainment of project  performance and outcomes.  Recruit and enroll training participants using various targeted outreach methods, and work with participants to develop and implement realistic and timely individual employment plans.  Develop area training sites and work with local academic institutions to develop career ladders for participants; develop job leads by cultivating working relationships with area employers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, business or a related field required; at least two years experience in training, job development, marketing and/or employment counseling preferred.
