Position: Ashtabula Assistant Project Director

 

The Assistant Project Director assists the Project Director in all phases of program operations including recruitment, enrollment, training site development, job development, case management, and job placement for low-income seniors.  Conduct initial assessments and assist participants with developing/implementing individual employment plans; monitor participants’ training assignments and properly document progress.  Refer participants for additional skills training and supportive services as needed.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in business or a related field required.  At least one year experience in training, job development, marketing and/or employment counseling preferred; prior clerical/program support experience desired.

 

Location: Ashtabula,

OH – covering Ashtabula,

Geauga & Lake Counties

Wage: $27,300 – 33,150 annually Status: Exempt

Hours: Full - time position, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and other hours as required.
