Supportive Services

A social worker is available in Summit County to assist older adults (age 60+)

to identify services and benefits for which they may be eligible and to help

them identify and apply for needed services.

The social worker helps with benefit applications, such as food stamps

or utility discount programs. Home visits are done for those who do

not leave their homes easily.
