Step 1 - Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 216-361-9750
Step 2 - Talk with an Encore Career Network staff member to see if this program is a good fit for the organization.
Step 3 - Assess your organizational gaps and how the Encore Career Network will be able to meet those unmet needs.
Step 4 - Create a job description that will be posted on Encore Career Network’s job board.
Step 5 - Candidate applications are reviewed by Encore Career Network to determine readiness, level and area of interest, and potential skill set match with nonprofit needs.
Step 6 - Candidates are pre-screened by Encore Career Network.
Step 7 - Resumes of qualified individuals will be sent to the nonprofit agency where the Hiring Manager will arrange a formal interview at the host organization. The Hiring Manager will make the final hiring decision.
