Encore Career Network draws upon the expertise, passion and talents individuals (ages 50+) have gained over their career to assist non-profit and government agencies further their missions.

What do you need?
Are you struggling to get a marketing plan executed? Do you need extra support to free up your full-time staff to focus on your clients? Encore members provide direct services or capacity-building expertise to nonprofit and government agencies.

What do we do?
We recruit individuals -- ages 50+-- who want part-time work which offers them a chance to have a big social impact. We help you find the individuals with the skills, experience and that aligns with the organizational gap that you need to fill.

Build capacity with talent.
Assignments can be short-term (minimum 3 months) or ongoing. Encore placements can fill your capacity building needs such as finance, human resources, marketing, or grant writing, or provide direct services in areas such as tutoring, mentoring or other intergenerational programming. Positions will be 15-25 hours/week.

High quality, affordable talent.
Agencies pay Encore Career Network a modest, flat hourly rate $15/hour which includes the placement’s $10/hour wage, payroll services, and a small program fee. Encore placements are on Mature Service’s payroll, not yours.
