The Senior Employment Center provides mature

workers with training through the Senior Community

Service Employment Program (SCSEP).

Our Employer Based Training will pay for

that new employee training time.

Employers benefit from this because once mature workers complete this

training they are available for placement with an employer through our

Employer Based Training program. During this period of extended training

with an employer, all salaries and benefits are paid through the SCSEP

program until the employee transitions onto the employer’s payroll.
